Caller ID Delivery (CNAM)

VT White has two available options for providing incoming caller ID information for all calls. This service can be used for VT White originated numbers, as well as a stand alone service for numbers terminated with other providers.

Automatic Inclusion

By simply selecting the option in the web based control panel, automatic CNAM lookups can be turned on for all VT White terminated numbers.

Caller Name Delivery (CNAM) API

VT White has an automated API where customers can submit a number and receive back the caller id information for the associated number. Documentation regarding this API is available in the client web based control panel.
